Crate & Barrel Registry

I love Crate & Barrel! We spent about three to four hours at the Crate & Barrel at the Americana Mall. Believe it or not, it was the most relaxing day we've had since wedding planning began. To think I suggested we go to the C&B in the city to "save time" bc it's "on the way to church". Thank goodness James doesn't listen to me. This will probably be the only time I'll ever cheer about my man not listening to me but here it goes: WOOT WOOT to my mister man!

So yes, we are finally registered and I don't think we'll ever need to buy another piece of small appliance again (but don't quote me on that)!

Some tips:
-Give yourself a lot of time on the day you go in to register. Like I said, 3-4 hours worked for me. I took my sweet time and made at least 3 rounds around the store.
-Sets are your friend(s). I really don't know why we need half of the things they tell us we'll need, but I am going by their word in the case that I ever have the sudden desire to want to host something at our place. With that said, don't go through the headache of trying to get individual pieces if you are not an expert. It made my life much easier to select the sets and choose individuals to enhance the set.
-You're allowed to be trigger happy. I definitely scanned everything at the store. EVERYTHING. And then I cut the list down at home. Which brings us to the next tip...
-You can ALWAYS edit your list. Don't freak out. It took me a total of 10 hours if you add in the amt of hours I spent in front of the computer researching the appliances and editing/replacing our selections... but you are the master of what goes on that registry. You can always do whatever you please with your list.

That is all! Four tips to give out in regards to a task that I was sooooo intimated by just two days ago. Not too shabby!!
