Tasting :c)

We had our food tasting this past Friday. As expected, every dish was superb. We could really eenie-meeny-miny-mo and still manage to come up with an excellent menu (in my strongly biased opinion, that is). To have a first and second course or to do away with having two courses and substitute for one combination course.... this is the question at hand. Opting for the combination course gives us an extra 45 minutes for dancing. This-- is a good thing as I'd like to milk the band for all they're worth. So here goes a question for not only the brides to be's, but to all the guests of the world.... What is your preference between the combo course vs. having two courses (salad & appetizer), and why do you prefer one over the other?

I really wish I was tech-savvy enough to know how to incorporate one of those kick ass poll things into this blog entry. That would be so rad. Yeah, I just said rad. :)

For the tasting, the main room was set up so nicely with such beautiful centerpieces and varying table shapes/sizes, linens & chair cover options..... all really gorgeous, but I have no idea how I'm ever going to decide on those small details.....

Anyway! Let me know what you guys think of the food course options! Your opinions are highly regarded and necessary in swaying me towards the wiser decision.
